Welcome to the CU Exchange and MBL Council.
The CU Exchange is a Credit Union led participation, whole loan and loan pool marketplace where Credit Unions and brokers list loans, pools and participations for sale. MBL Council is a members-only professional community built by and for Credit Union Business Lending and Business Banking professionals and leaders offering networking support, resources, workshops and education.
The Participation Board, member messaging and the community are open to signed-in members with an active membership.

WHY CU EXCHANGE EXISTS
Participations is a relationship business with a distribution problem.
Credit unions with capacity cannot easily find quality participations. Credit unions with concentration restraints need reliable buyers. Brokers with pipeline spend their days re-explaining the same pool to twenty institutions. MBL Council was formed by Credit Union professionals to fix that with structure rather than more phone calls.
One standard for every pool
Every listing carries the same nine underwriting metrics — yield, price, servicing, WA life, WA LTV, geography, balance, historical loss and expected loss — so pools are comparable at a glance.
A vetted membership
Only approved credit unions and broker organizations can list or transact. Brokers see only their own listings; the wider board belongs to the membership.
A community, not a listings site
Networking call summaries, workshops and a practitioner library sit alongside the marketplace, because the deal is downstream of the relationship.

Filter by yield, geography and pool balance, group by broker or pool type, and compare pools on identical terms.
